Is the Free plan actually free - or will I hit a wall in five minutes? +
It's genuinely free, no credit card required. The Free plan shows the full HubSpot CRM record - deal stage, lifecycle, owner, and activity history - on every company and contact page you visit. You can also update HubSpot properties directly without switching tabs. The only limit is import volume: one contact and one company per day. When you start wanting to import more, that's when Focus makes sense.
Could this get my account flagged or restricted? +
No. Leadlx only reads data that's already publicly visible. We never automate clicks, send messages on your behalf, or do anything that violates any platform's Terms of Service. Your accounts are safe. Leadlx works the same way a human would - it just saves the manual work of copying information across tools.
What's the difference between Focus and Intelligence? +
Focus is the mechanics: unlimited import, enrichment with verified emails and phones, bulk list extraction, deduplication, and custom field mapping. It's for reps who spend their day building pipeline and want HubSpot to keep up without the data-entry tax.
Intelligence adds the account intelligence layer: full buying committee mapping, role classification with confidence scores, gap detection, company pain signals, unlimited ICP Match, and a dedicated success manager. It's for teams running account-based sales where knowing every stakeholder is the difference between a closed deal and a stalled one.
What is ICP Match, and why is it Beta? +
ICP Match scores every company site your reps visit against your ideal customer profile - firmographic dimensions plus signal analysis on pain points and buying intent. You get a Strong / Moderate / Weak / No Fit verdict with reasoning lines.
It's marked Beta because we're still tuning the scoring model with early customers. Focus plans get 500 scores per month. Intelligence plans are unlimited. If a domain can't be resolved, no quota is used.
We already have HubSpot's native CRM extensions. Why do we need Leadlx? +
HubSpot's native extensions require a paid search subscription, only sync a limited set of contact data, and don't show your CRM record as an overlay on company websites. They don't show which teammate owns a contact, and they don't support bulk imports from searches or lists.
Leadlx works with your existing HubSpot plan - no extra subscription required - and gives your team the full picture right on the page they're already on.
Will my team actually use it? +

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings at any time, and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves back to the Free plan - so you never lose access to the HubSpot overlay.
How does per-seat pricing work for my team? +
One seat = one rep with Leadlx installed and connected to your HubSpot account. You only pay for active seats. Add or remove reps at any time - changes are prorated within your current billing cycle, so you never overpay. For teams of 10 or more, contact sales@leadlx.com for volume pricing.
