What exactly does Leadlx do? +

Leadlx is a Chrome extension that sits on every company and contact page your reps visit and does three things.

First, it shows your full HubSpot CRM record on the page - deal stage, lifecycle, owner, activity history - so your team never switches tabs to check the CRM.

Second, it imports contacts and companies into HubSpot in one click, with verified emails and phone numbers.

Third, on the Intelligence plan, it maps the full buying committee at every account - economic buyer, champion, influencer, blocker - with role classification and confidence scores.

Where does Leadlx get its data? +

Leadlx pulls from multiple public sources - the company's own website, public professional profiles, and public business directories. Data is fetched live the moment you click, not from a stale database.

That's why customers report dramatically lower email bounce rates than they used to see from bulk enrichment tools: the data is current the moment it lands in HubSpot.

What sites does Leadlx work on? +

Leadlx works anywhere on the web. The sidebar activates on company websites, professional profiles, and prospect lists, and pulls the right data for the page you're on. There's no platform lock-in and no extra subscription required to use it.

How is Leadlx different from HubSpot's native CRM extensions? +

HubSpot's native extensions require a paid search subscription, only sync a narrow set of contact fields, and don't show your CRM record as an overlay on company pages. They don't show which teammate owns a contact, and they don't support bulk imports from searches or lists.

Leadlx works with your existing HubSpot plan - no extra subscription required - and brings your full CRM record into every page your reps already visit.

Features

What HubSpot data shows up on a page? +

Everything you'd open HubSpot to find: contact details, deal stage, lifecycle, owner, last activity, notes, task history, and any custom properties you've set up. It all appears in the sidebar the moment you land on a page, so your rep reads the full story before they reach out.

Can I update HubSpot data without switching tabs? +

Yes. Update HubSpot properties, log notes, push conversation activity, and edit contact records from the sidebar. One click to update. No copy-paste. This is what customers mean when they say "our HubSpot data has never been cleaner."

How does bulk import work? Can I import an entire prospect search? +

Yes - this is one of the most-used Focus features. Run a prospect search (filters, saved search, or saved list), select the results, click Save to HubSpot. Contacts land with the correct fields mapped, deduped against records your team already owns, and ready to work. No one-by-one importing. No spreadsheet exports.

How does buying committee mapping work? +

On the Intelligence plan, Leadlx maps every decision-maker at any target account - economic buyer, champion, influencer, blocker - with a role classification and confidence score for each. You see who's on the deal, who's missing, and which stakeholders you haven't reached yet. Save the full committee to HubSpot in one click.

What is ICP Match, and why is it Beta? +

ICP Match scores every company site your reps visit against your ideal customer profile. The score combines firmographic dimensions (industry, size, geography) with signal analysis on pain points and buying intent. You get a Strong / Moderate / Weak / No Fit verdict with 2-3 reasoning lines.

It's Beta because we're still tuning the scoring model with early customers. Focus plans get 500 scores per month. Intelligence is unlimited. If a domain can't be resolved, no quota is used.

Is there actually a free plan, or is it just a trial? +

It's a real free plan - no credit card required, no expiry. The Free tier shows the full HubSpot CRM overlay, lets you edit properties, and imports 1 contact and 1 company per day. You can stay on Free indefinitely and see how Leadlx works with your own HubSpot data before spending a cent.

What's the difference between Focus and Intelligence? +

Focus is the mechanics: unlimited import, verified email and phone enrichment, bulk list extraction, deduplication, custom field mapping, and 500 ICP Match scores per month. It's for reps who prospect every day and want HubSpot to keep up without the data-entry tax.

Intelligence adds the account intelligence layer: full buying committee mapping, role classification with confidence scores, gap detection, company pain signals, unlimited ICP Match, and a dedicated success manager. It's for teams running account-based sales where knowing every stakeholder is the difference between a closed deal and a stalled one.

How much does Leadlx cost, and is it worth it? +

Free is EUR 0. Focus is EUR 30 per seat per month. Intelligence is EUR 100 per seat per month. Teams of 10+ seats qualify for volume discounts - email sales@leadlx.com for a custom quote.

Customers report saving 8+ hours per rep per week on data-entry work alone. At that rate, Focus pays for itself several times over in the first month.

Can I cancel anytime, or am I locked into a contract? +

No long-term contracts. Cancel your paid subscription any time from your account settings. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves back to Free. No fees, no hassle.

Privacy & Security

Is it safe? Will my account get flagged or restricted? +

Your accounts are safe. Leadlx only reads data that's already publicly visible - the same data a human would read. It never automates clicks, sends messages on your behalf, or does anything that violates any platform's Terms of Service. Over 500 sales teams use Leadlx daily without account issues.

How does Leadlx connect to HubSpot? Is my CRM data secure? +

Leadlx connects to HubSpot via OAuth 2.0 - the same authentication standard used by every major SaaS integration. We never store your HubSpot credentials. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. We don't sell, share, or use your CRM data for anything other than powering the features you use.

Does Leadlx access my password or private messages? +

No. Leadlx never accesses your password or reads private messages in the background. When you use the message sync feature, you choose which messages to push to HubSpot - Leadlx doesn't read anything without your explicit action.
